2. We are a connection service, not a lender
Cash Title Express is not a lender, bank, credit union, broker, or credit repair organization. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or fees, fund loans, service loans, or collect payments.
Our role is to collect the information you choose to submit and share it with participating state-licensed lenders and marketing partners who may be able to work with you. Whether you receive an offer, and the terms of any offer, is decided entirely by the lender.
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that you will be approved, or that any particular amount, rate, term, or funding time will be available to you.
3. Eligibility
To use this site and submit a request, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state)
- Are a resident of the United States
- Are submitting your own information, accurately and truthfully
- Have the legal authority to agree to these terms
4. Your information must be accurate
You agree that the information you submit is complete, current, and truthful, and that you are the person identified in the request. Submitting another person's information without their permission, or submitting false information, is prohibited.
Providing an incorrect contact number or email may prevent a lender from reaching you.

- Scrape, copy, republish, or resell any part of this site or its content
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access

6. Title loans carry real risk
A loan secured by a vehicle title places that vehicle at risk. If a loan is not repaid according to its terms, the lender may have the right to repossess the vehicle under applicable state law.
